Head to Heart
for Personal Development
The Head to Heart coaching programs are a creation that has been 20 years in the making. These programs are the result of what I’ve boiled down from years of experience working in branding, marketing, food and entrepreneurship.
This work is for anyone who is ready to clear the clutter and do what it takes to create your biggest dreams – whether you’re in food, business, or just life!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
• Drop from our head to our heart.
• Learn and develop your 3 Pillars™.
• Create a clear action plan to support you where you are and also where you want to go.
• Discover where you are stuck and give you the tools to help you feel empowered to create the work of your dreams.
WHAT YOU GET:
• Four one-hour 1:1 sessions with Rachel
• Approximately one hour of homework each week.
• Available in-person (at my Walnut Hills office) or virtual via Zoom.
• 30 minute follow up call at the end of the program.
COSTS:
$750
I’ve led vision boarding workshops over the last 10 years. It is an incredible practice that allows you to drop out of the head space and into the creative heart space.
Vision Boarding allows us to create from a hidden space of desires, we tune in, we listen to that inner voice that is reminding you of your worth and desires.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
• We create a physical piece of “art” that you can display and see as a daily visual reminder.
This is a FUN activity for:
• Girls Nights
• Added addition to your retreat or workshop
• A corporate team building & creative strategy workshop
• Small team building and so much more!
WHAT YOU GET:
• 2. 5 hours of creative space
• All supplies for creating your vision board are included
COSTS:

The Incubator Kitchen Collective is a community-driven support system that combines resources, knowledge, and experience to help local food entrepreneurs succeed.
We provide education, promote food access, and offer support to our kitchen members and to the community around us.
